Who we are

Martinexsa USA ("Martinexsa", "we") recruits technology professionals for client companies.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and the CV you upload, plus the date you accepted this notice. We also keep a one-way fingerprint of the connection you used, only to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

Only for recruiting: to evaluate you for the position you applied to and for future positions that match your profile, to contact you about them, and to schedule interviews. We never sell your data.

Automated reading of your CV

Our systems read your CV automatically to extract your experience and skills and compare them with job requirements. A recruiter always reviews the result; no hiring decision is made by a machine alone.

Who sees it

Our recruiting team. If your profile fits a position, we share a standardized version of your CV with that client, without your email or phone number. We use trusted providers to host the data (Supabase, Microsoft 365) under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

While it is useful for recruiting, and at most 24 months after your last application or contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to privacy@martinexsa-usa.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before.
